Inclusion Manager SENCo

We are looking for a SENDCo/Inclusion manager who: We are seeking a SENCO who:

· Is passionate about inclusion and firmly believes that every child can succeed.

· Shares our conviction that getting it right for our most vulnerable learners leads to better outcomes for all children.

· Has a good understanding of SEND legislation, the SEND Code of Practice and current inclusive practices.

· Can lead and champion high-quality SEND provision across the school. · Works collaboratively with staff, parents, external agencies and the wider community to secure the best outcomes for pupils.

· Is able to support, coach and develop colleagues, recognising that inclusion is everyone's responsibility. · Has high expectations for all pupils and is committed to removing barriers to learning.

· Uses accurate assessment and analysis to identify needs, monitor progress and evaluate the impact of provision.

· Can balance strategic leadership with practical day-to-day support for pupils and staff.

· Builds positive, trusting relationships with children and families, particularly those facing challenges. ·

Is an effective communicator, able to advocate confidently for pupils with SEND. · Is reflective, resilient and committed to continuous professional development.

· Will contribute positively as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to shape the strategic direction of the school.

· Demonstrates warmth, compassion and an unwavering commitment to ensuring that every child feels valued, included and able to thrive.
