Inclusion Manager

We are looking for a SENDCo/Inclusion manager who:

• Has vision, high expectations and enthusiasm
• Is an exemplary practitioner, passionate about education and with the ability to inspire both children and colleagues
• Has a creative and innovative approach across the school
• Has determination to strive for excellence in all aspects of school life
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral) and professionalism
• Can take the lead role of SENCO providing direction and leadership for the Inclusion team in supporting children across the school
• Is committed to and can promote our Catholic Ethos in all aspects of school
• Have an absolute commitment to sustained school improvement
