APPOINTMENT OF ATTENDANCE ASSISTANT (part-time)
Hours: 08:30 – 13:30 negotiable for right candidate (required for a minimum of 3 days per week and up to 5 days)
Term-time only (plus inset days as required)
Salary WSCC Grade 4, point 5 (£25,583 per annum, pro rata, subject to April pay rise)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated administrator to join our support team. The successful candidate will work alongside our Attendance Officer, supporting the school’s attendance policy. Principal duties include: processing attendance registers and monitoring attendance (all necessary training will be provided).
We are seeking applications from candidates with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills who understand the responsibility of confidentiality. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail. Applicants must be able to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet conflicting demands and deadlines. Experience of working with Microsoft packages would be essential.
