We are seeking to appoint an experienced, organised and dedicated Office Manager to lead and develop the school's business and administrative functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to become a key member of our team, working closely with the Headteacher, staff, governors and Bosco Catholic Education Trust.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the school, overseeing finance, HR administration, operational systems, procurement, reporting and support services. You will also contribute strategically to the ongoing development of the school and support the delivery of high-quality services for our children, families and staff.
We are looking for someone to work 25-30 hours per week., term time only.
We are looking for someone who:
Has substantial experience in administration, business management or office management.
Possesses strong financial management and budgeting skills.
Has excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Can lead and motivate support staff effectively.
Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Has experience of managing systems, processes and compliance requirements.
Is committed to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
Thrives in a busy environment and can work both independently and as part of a team.
